Tyto svaly se up\u00ednaj\u00ed ke spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti p\u00e1nve, tak\u017ee mohou t\u00e1hnout p\u00e1nev dol\u016f na t\u00e9to stran\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Pokud je va\u0161e spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st ky\u010dle rotov\u00e1na dovnit\u0159, v\u00e1\u0161 tensor fascia latae na t\u00e9to stran\u011b ztuhne, co\u017e vytvo\u0159\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed v iliotibi\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u00e1su.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Toto nap\u011bt\u00ed spolu se zv\u00fd\u0161enou t\u011blesnou hmotnost\u00ed na t\u00e9to stran\u011b m\u016f\u017ee snadno v\u00e9zt k probl\u00e9m\u016fm s koleny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"eplus-wrapper\">Torze p\u00e1nve se tak\u00e9 \u010dasto vyskytuje u funk\u010dn\u00edho rozd\u00edlu v d\u00e9lce nohou.
